At Beauty and Glamour, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order via our Contact Us page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Guidelines:

• You may return any unopened merchandise (excluding Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including all packaging and the packing slip, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that shipping costs and any gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.

• Any shipping costs incurred to return items to us will not be refunded.

• Shipping costs are also non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages, unless we made an error in processing your order.

• Due to health regulations, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare and Haircare items. Please ensure you make your selections carefully.
